Once upon a time a whole bunch of people started to rise up out of the earth. They were normal enough in their own way, except that they were covered in muck and dirt. The bits of their faces that weren’t brown with filth were red with effort or blue with bruises.

Bailey Sarsquatch was well known throughout her town as a dreamer. She had to be kept in a zinc lined box indeed, to stop her dreams from getting out and infecting the town. Her dreams were so powerful, that the characters within, and yes, even the settings where those dreams took place, could make their way out of her head and onto the streets.

This is a poem that could be quite nice for you to read if you have ever had to separate from someone or thing that you felt attached to.
